Meet Jouapag:
Jouapag is a Hmong-American woman from Minnesota. She received her undergraduate in Public Relations from Winona State University and is now pursuing her graduate degree in Nonprofit Management at the UO. Jouapag is passionate about diversity and social justice in higher education. She has led workshops about student activism and first-generation college students at local conferences in Minneapolis/St. Paul. Jouapag is currently a Research Assistant GTF for the Planning, Public Policy and Management department. She loves the hiking around Eugene and eating sushi.

Meet Allison:
Originally from St. Louis, Allison earned her Bachelors in Sociology and Gender, Women and Sexuality Studies from Grinnell College in Iowa. She is now a graduate student at UO studying Nonprofit Management. She is the GTF for the Bias Response Team, and enjoys leading educational trainings about equity and inclusion. A staunch supporter of social justice, she is an active member of Social Justice Fund NW. Since moving to the Pacific Northwest, Allison and her partner have been enjoying the many opportunities for hiking and camping along oceans, mountains, lakes, and rivers.
